River Ridge Apartments is a special project. This property sits along the Tualatin River and this creates an escape from the day-to-day into nature while being so close to our modern city living amenities. In the 1920's and 1930's this site was part of Roamer's Rest. Travelers would come to this destination to unwind and enjoy time with family and friends along the river. This historical waterfront is something spectacular and is now a part of the City of Tualatin's Greenway Trail. We are grateful for it's history and it's part of the reason that we were drawn to this location for this community.
