Columbia View is a unique property, formerly in the heart of Vancouver during World War II. Because of the major need for ships during this time, the Vancouver shipyard was a booming and the city was growing exponentially. This site was part of Fort Vancouver and took on many different faces until Mountain West purchased it from Christensen Yachts shipyards. Particular care was taken to preserve the trees and the views on the property. This is a special apartment community with a rich history, and worth stopping by to take a look!
