about this initiative

At Mountain West, we believe that people should be treated like people—like individuals instead of numbers, tasks, or obligations. That’s why we’re committed to helping introduce principles from the Arbinger Institute to local businesses, schools, and community organizations. Through trainings, classes, and sponsored school initiatives, we hope to encourage a positive, Outward Mindset that benefits all of our relationships, whether personal or professional.

The “See People” video series was created to highlight the results of these initiatives and demonstrate the enormous impact the smallest changes in our behavior and thinking can make. We invite you to take a look and share them with others. If you are interested in finding ways you can implement these positive changes in your own life or organization, follow us on social media or contact us here.
