What drives our success in real estate development is the opportunity to give back to a greater extent.
At the end of the day, it's that contribution to our local community that drives our underlying purpose—changing lives.
Mountain West Investment Corporation’s philanthropic outreach is focused on improving lives. Our support is targeted toward serving children, seniors, and vulnerable populations.
The Department of Mission Advancement LLC, a subsidiary of the Mountain West Investment Corporation, is an extension of our philanthropic work, assisting the nonprofit community through strengthening leadership, increasing organizational capacity and developing effective strategies.

Opening in the fall of 2015, students will have the opportunity to learn advanced, career-related, skills-based course work designed to help them explore a variety of career paths and explore post-secondary educational options.
CTEC is located at 3501 Portland Rd, Salem, OR. The center is housed in the former Neilsen Manufacturing Plant, approximately ½ mile south of the State Police department and the KROC Center.
